What information we collect
We take the privacy of our visitors very seriously. Like many other Web sites we do use Google Analytics to collect aggregate information only. Like all standard traffic reporting tools, ours records IP addresses, internet service provider information, referrer strings, browser types and the date and time pages are loaded. We use this information in the aggregate only to provide traffic statistics to advertisers and to figure out what content is most popular, to improve the Everything Peacock’s Web site content, and to contact you with updates to the Web site, or for other marketing purposes.
Visitors who may choose to register for a Login user ID and password gain access to some interactive features certain areas of Everything Peacock, including but not limited to forums, discussions, and comments, require registration or a password for access. Information obtained from registered users of these areas may also be used for Everything Peacock, LLC marketing purposes, and cookies may be used in those and other areas, as is described in this Policy.
Additionally registered users will have their emails and IP addresses recorded; the former is so that we may reply to them if they have a question or comment, and the latter is to prevent spam. To maximize privacy, we make a policy of scrubbing these forms clean of data on a regular basis.
Log file data and other information gathered from registered users of the Everything Peacock are used to improve the customer experience.
We will never sell or otherwise distribute your email address, IP address or any other identifying information to outside parties unless required by law.
